About Us
Golden Pacific Fashion & Design Co., Limited (“GP”), a Hong Kong registered company, was established in 2014 to source, make, have made and export woven, non-woven and knitted textile fabrics and ready-made textile products to importers, primarily in the USA. Collectively, the executive management team has over 90 years’ experience in the textile business and has worked closely together for over 15 years. Its founder has been doing business in China for 20 years, with the last 8 years “on the ground” in China.
About Michael Crotty
Michael D. Crotty has thirty years of experience in the home textiles industry as the President of TexStyle, Inc and its China subsidiary, TexStyle Asia (Shanghai) Co., Ltd, that he founded in 2001. In 2007, he established MKT & Associates, Ltd to capitalize on his expertise in building networks between Chinese and US companies. In 2014, Mr. Crotty and three professional home textile executives founded Golden Pacific Fashion & Design Co., Limited to further expand their business.
Mr. Crotty is very active in the American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai (AmCham Shanghai) as a former member of its Board of Governors; a Founding Member and Governor of the Invest USA Committee (IUSAC), a committee founded in 2015 by AmCham Shanghai, the Commercial Services division of the US Consulate, Shanghai, the US China Business Council and the Council of American States in China to promote Chinese investment into the USA; and an Expert Advisor to the Supply Chain Management Committee, AmCham Shanghai. Mr. Crotty is China Representative for Greater Cincinnati Chinese Chamber of Commerce; Alumni Ambassador for the Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University; Member of the Champions Mentorship Program for Loyola University in Chicago; Member Of University of Wisconsin’s Badger Bridge Alumni Association and Member of Saint Vincent DePaul Society.
